To think that you can self-reflect in the most efficient way possible is to think that you can think and reason yourself to a certain degree of awareness. The problem is that this is only human. It isn’t the same thing as actually engaging in the process of reflection. The best self-reflective practices are actually more like “writing down your thoughts” or “reading a self-help book” rather than “reflecting out loud.
What I’m talking about in this article is the process of writing down your thoughts. I mean, I wrote down a lot of thoughts in my previous article, but that was the process of reflecting on my thoughts, and that was a conscious process. This is the process of reflecting and thinking about yourself in an unconscious, automatic, habitual way.
The point is that writing down your own thoughts can help you reframe your thoughts about yourself and others. It can also help you remember how you felt in the past and how you feel about yourself now. So it can help you do both. Writing down your thoughts can also help you remember things you learned in your past, and that can help with your future. I know a lot of people write on their bathroom mirrors to just make themselves feel better. But they should be writing in a journal too. There are a variety of journals that will do just that. I’ve even used the one that comes with the new Kindle Fire HD. You can write down thoughts, ideas, emotions, whatever. You don’t have to worry about it not being legible or being too short. It’s just writing on a journal, but you can read it later.

To write in a journal, you basically mark things up in a way where you can later edit it yourself. You can also make your own journals which you can use when you dont want to write in a journal. Just be sure to do that before you use it.
