My goal for all my blog posts here is to inspire you to purchase a home, and hopefully to take a step or two toward that goal. I’ve been a home seller for almost eight years now, and I’m here to share my experience, knowledge, and how I was able to achieve my goals.

I was just looking at our new home when I realized that its not selling. It’s still our home. My goal is to make money on it so I can purchase a second home in another location, hopefully a place that is more appealing to a potential buyer, and have a place that is in good condition.

In this day and age, buyers are so willing to spend on a home that we have a real problem. To me, a house that needs a paint job is not a good home, it is a home that was bought by accident, or simply not well thought out. I am aware that the average house is a home we have to maintain, but I don’t think that is the whole story.

Well, yes and no. A house that needs a paint job is not a good home. It’s a home that was bought by accident. It was not well thought out. It has problems.

But what people really want is homes that are in good condition. Well, they want to be able to go to work and not be afraid that their car will break down or that their home will have to be rented for some reason. And that is why you see homes that need work done. Because they are in good condition. And that is why the average home that is in good condition is in great condition.

In the past, I have talked about how many people want to be able to get away from their homes for a few days and be able to relax. That is not possible now. It is not possible now, because homes are built for people. Not for people who like to be in a routine. You can’t just be on the go all the time. If you have kids, you have to get them away from home if you want to get away from it.

It gets even worse. In an interview with Digital Trends, Chris O’Neil, a senior designer at Bloxburg, said that they try to design homes so that they can be moved easily, but they don’t do this too often. In an interview with WIRED, he said that they try to make the exterior of the home as easy to move around as possible, but they also have to keep the interior of the home as simple as possible.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen house plans that say, “We bought this house on a Thursday, moved it home on a Friday, and now it’s time to close and put the house on the market. Its ours!” I think that’s a lie. Yes, even the ones that are “quick to sell.” But the thing about homes is that there are different levels of closing.

That’s true. I think the only “right” way to close a house is to put it on the market. But as we all know, that ain’t always the case. Sometimes you have to go back to the drawing board to figure out the best way to make your house more saleable. And that’s what bloxburg homes aim to solve.

Bloxburg homes is a game about selling real estate in a city where no one lives. Its a game about a game about living. Where the only thing you can ever own is your house. It’s in essence a game about how to live a life without getting yourself killed. It’s in the same league as Resident Evil 5: Biohazard, and even more so. Thats why I love it.
