The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

But if we were aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, and then were able to exercise a little meta-cognition, we wouldn’t be on autopilot anymore.

Or, as we like to call it, the “meta-cognition” part.

That brings me to my next point which is that we can’t really control how our minds work. Our minds have a built-in “self-moderating” system which allows us to change patterns and habits that we’ve already established as being unhealthy. We can’t really stop our habits and routines, the “normal,” in the sense that we’ve already set them up, because those are just habits.

Its no surprise that the average person has some habits that they would prefer not to change, but that can be changed. For example, the average person has a lot of negative associations with the word “hate”. We can change those and so can the people we associate with it. We can also change our patterns and habits of association with the word “hate”.

There are several different kinds of hate. The one I tend to see most often is the kind that has a negative connotation (that is, the kind that seems to make people react with a negative emotional feeling).

Hate is one of the most common negative emotions. It’s also one of the most common emotional reactions to hate. I think it’s because a lot of people tend to look at hate as something that’s bad, but in reality, hate is an emotion that is positive. Hate is what makes us love. Hate is what makes us hate. It’s what makes us want to turn our backs on someone. It’s what makes us hate.
